GOD IS EQUIPPING OUR CHILDREN FOR HIS MISSION!
What a joy and privilege it is to see God’s hand at work in the lives of our children! We are overjoyed to celebrate the participation of 7 of our children in the annual Christian Training Program organized by CEF (Child Evangelism Fellowship). This program is a powerful tool designed to nurture and equip young hearts with a deep understanding of God’s Word.
It goes beyond teaching Bible stories. It builds their character, strengthens their faith, and empowers them to become bold witnesses for Christ. With practical lessons and spiritual mentoring, these young people are prepared to shine the light of the Gospel in their communities, their schools, and even their families.
We are deeply moved to see these children, full of courage and enthusiasm, accepting God’s call to be His ambassadors. Their willingness to grow in faith and share His love with others is a beautiful testimony to His work in their lives.
Let us continue to support, encourage, and pray for these young hearts as they step into their God given mission. May their lives inspire others to answer the call and boldly proclaim the Gospel !
Truitier, in the Cité Soleil district, a part of Haiti’s capital known as “Trash Village” is one of Haiti’s poorest and most dangerous areas. The vast majority of Port-au-Prince’s garbage is dumped there, and there is no proper waste separation or treatment system established. Desperate people live there, digging through garbage and finding plastic substances to sell along with other things so they can survive. Smoke from burning trash covers this village all year around. Children often run through burning trash with bare feet and get injured while they receive little to no proper care for their injuries.
Among all the aspects of this situation that is raging, an international organization has brought a ray of hope by founding a school in 2018. The school was providing free education and daily meals for 145 children in the Truitier community. However, due to the acts of banditry and violence against the Haitian population, the organization decided to close its mission in Haiti. Because of their decision the school project was abandoned and they stopped supporting the community all together. Without their support, the children are now digging through trash for something to eat and are panhandling in the street. DFI, an international organization is already at work within the community, being made aware of the situation by people in the community, decided to intervene and pick up where the organization left off. Your donation of 3 dollars per day, will provide for a child’s daily food, school supplies, uniform, and also pay for teachers salary including school operation and school building renovation. Join us in securing a future for the children of Tuitier. By supporting AGAPE TRUITIER SCHOOL it will ensure the children continue to receive the education and care they so desperately need. You may choose to donate weekly $7.50, biweekly $15.00, monthly $30, or the amount of your choice.
As Haiti grapples with escalating violence and systemic collapse, its children are bearing the brunt of a multipronged crisis that threatens their lives, safety, and future.
